PBAT and PHA were selected as representatives of the biodegradable plastics. The percentage (2.5 and 10%) and aging (or not) were considered as factors driving the shift of soil bacteria community. In addition, a comparable treatment, supplemented with earthworm, was set for the 10% aged PBAT group. Primers 505F (5'-GTGYCAGCMGCCGCGGTAA-3') and 806R (5'-GGACTACNVGGGTWTCTAAT-3') were used to amplify 16 s rRNA genes V3-V4. Purified product were sent to biological company for sequencing. Data quality control and split were conducted to obtain the clean data.
