Exon array data from neuromuscular junction (NMJ) in mouse skeletal muscle.

The RNA from NMJ and non-NMJs samples were examined using microarray analysis with of identifying novel regulatory genes that are preferentially expressed in the synaptic regions of the isolated muscle fibers. We Isolated RNA from NMJs and non-NMJs region of mouse tibialis anterior (TA) muscle fibers by Laser capture microdissection. Then samples were examined exonarray analysis.本研究旨在筛选在分离肌纤维突触区域优先表达的新型调控基因，为此对神经肌肉接头（Neuromuscular Junction, NMJ）与非神经肌肉接头样本的RNA开展微阵列分析（microarray analysis）。实验中，我们通过激光捕获显微切割（Laser Capture Microdissection）从小鼠胫骨前肌（tibialis anterior, TA）纤维的NMJ及非NMJ区域分离得到RNA，随后采用外显子阵列分析（exonarray analysis）对上述样本进行检测。
