Empirical materials: Crisis-resilience of family-owned and international hotels in Germany and Austria

The research on crisis-resilience of hotels in Germany and Austria is conducted in the framework of Covid-19. Integrative models of resilience are applied for investigation of business-implementation perspectives. The research took place between February and May 2021 which resulted in 21 valid expert-interviews (Austria: 8, Germany: 13), among them family-owned (Austria: 4, Germany: 7) and chain-hotels (Austria: 4, Germany: 6).

本研究在新冠疫情期间，针对德国与奥地利的酒店危机韧性进行探讨，研究框架内应用了综合性韧性模型以探究业务实施视角。研究于2021年2月至5月间进行，共收集到21份有效的专家访谈资料（奥地利：8份，德国：13份），其中家族式酒店（奥地利：4家，德国：7家）及连锁酒店（奥地利：4家，德国：6家）。
