These zip files contain all the images used in our study, including phase-contrast channel (Starting with 'P' in name), binary red channel (Starting with 'R' in name), binary green channel (Starting with 'G' in name), binary DAPI channel (Starting with 'B' in name) and the original RGB images. Combing with the codes shared by the link provided in the article, you can use these images to replicate our results.The ‘High_Density’ zip file contains all the original phase-contrast and fluorescent images with the three relatively high culture densities (4, 6, 7 × 10^4 cells / cm2).
