Processed DMSP/SSJ Training Data and CNN Code for Satellite Surface Charging Event Detection

This record contains the processed DMSP/SSJ spectrogram data and public-release code used to reproduce the CNN training workflow for automatic detection of satellite surface charging events. The dataset includes processed CNN input arrays for training and testing, corresponding labels, sample metadata, a list of excluded samples, preprocessing code, CNN training code with a fixed random seed, and Gaussian-noise augmentation code.
