Two vases containing wild flowers are on either side of the small alter above which hangs the figure of Christ on the crucifix. Between two candles on the alter is a sign which reads "Indulgences [...] mission crosses [...]ted by the [...], granted by His Holiness Pius IX, [...]; a plenary indulgence: 1 [...], 2 [...], 3 [...], 4 [...]; a partial indulgence".... A picture of Christ carrying the cross hangs on an adjacent piller under the choir loft.
