The data set first gives the schematic diagram and micrograph of AgNWs/Ti3C2Tx suspension, the schematic diagram of the manufacturing process of AgNWs/Ti3C2Tx composite film, the cross section and top view SEM images of the composite film. Then the conductivity comparison of AgNWs and AgNWs/Ti3C2Tx composite films with different thicknesses, as well as the EMI shielding effect, are given. Then the cross section SEM photos of AgNWs/Ti3C2Tx-3/1 composite films with different thicknesses are given, and the relationship between electromagnetic interference shielding performance and thickness of different composite films is given. Finally, the electromagnetic interference shielding mechanism of foam AgNWs/Ti3C2Tx composite film is compared with that of different materials in the literature.
