The goal of this experiment was to determine the changes in RNA expression of HUVEC human endothelial cells when treated with recombinant human angiopoietin-like 7 (ANGPTL7) (Biotechne R&D System s914-AN-025) . HUVEC cells in 2D adherent culture at 80% confluence were treated with 10 ug/mL ANGPTL7 for 24 hours and then harvested for RNA-seq. Samples were snap frozen, and RNA was extracted with Qiagen RNeasy RNA extraction kit, then sent to Genewiz-Azenta for library prep and next-gen sequencing.
