COC_COP backward dataset & code

This includes both our self-constructed cycloolefin polymer monomer database and the final cycloolefin polymer monomer database (which is not necessarily cycloolefin polymer due to the random generation through machine learning, and contains linear chain segments after inspection), each containing approximately 200,000 SMILES strings. 'coc_cop_data.csv' contains only smiles string of our self-constructed cycloolefin polymer monomer database 'coc_cop_original_property.csv' and 'coc_cop_original_property.csv' both contain data with partial property calculations, with the initial and generated data respectively. 'coc_cop_final_512_property_cyclic.csv' is the data file after we have performed a cyclic screening on the final generated molecules. ‘Substituent_150_with_categories.xlsx’ is a data file that contains 150 substituents and their SMILES strings generated using ChatGPT 5.
