This study presents RNA-seq transcriptome profiling of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells treated with a small-molecule integrated stress response (ISR) activator (compound B; ISRAC) that stabilizes an inactive eIF2B-eIF2(alphaP) complex, compared to DMSO-treated controls. Three biological replicates were analyzed per condition.
