K562 cells were perturbed with drug combinations for 12h in droplets. Subsequently cells were processed to generate libraries for RNA-Seq. Overall design: Large scale drug screen was performed, in which 3x 420 combinatorial treatment conditions were generated and analysed by RNA-Seq (large_scale_matrix). For each replicate one additional control was performed called DMSO_DMSO_ctrl.
