Dataset containing visible and near-infrared spectra and physiological variables of grapevine plants (Vitis vinifiera L.)

This dataset contains spectra, transpiration and stomatal conductance of three grape varieties, Syrah, Riesling and Merlot, of different ages (Syrah: two years old; Riesling: three years old; Merlot: four years old) treated with two irrigation conditions also called modalities.
Spectra were obtained from hyperspectral images acquired using a hyperspectral camera (Specim, Specim IQ, Finland) covering the spectral range from 400 nm to 1000 nm with 204 spectral bands.
