As of February 2021, concerns over brand safety were the top trust-related issue that would lead to downgrading or pausing an ad partner in the United States, named by 44 percent of responding advertisers. Ad fraud and unchecked harmful content environment followed, mentioned by 40 percent and 39 percent of respondents, respectively.
