Italy's Diplomatic Outreach (Ministers of Defence)

The Diplomatic Outreach dataset tracks bilateral diplomatic visits between countries. Each observation tracks the direction of the visit, the level of the visit, and the political actors involved. Additional details on the topics discussed during the visits are also included, when available. This version tracks the visits of the Italian Ministers of Defence 2011-2022. This dataset was developed in collaboration with Valeria Bellotti, Alberto Brusadelli, Yiwei Gao, Andrea Panza, and Andrea Zanoni.
