This is a Xlsx file with species and family in the first and second column, followed by 28 columns for morphological measures: <b>Bl</b>: body length; <b>CP</b>: caudal peduncle; <b>PF</b>: pectoral fin; <b>Pc(Rank)</b>: ranking of pyloric ceca number*; <b>Bbn</b>: barbel number;<b> OgSf</b>: oral gape surface; <b>OgSh</b>: oral gape shape: <b>OgPo</b>: oral gape position; <b>GtLg</b>: gut length; <b>EySz</b>: eye size; <b>EyPo</b>: eye position; <b>BdSh</b>: body shape (transversal); <b>PfPo</b>: pectoral fin position; <b>PfSh</b>: aspect ratio of the pectoral fin; <b>CpHt</b>: caudal peduncle throttling; <b>CfSh</b>: aspect ratio of the caudal fin; <b>FsRt</b>: fin surface ratio; <b>FsSf</b>: fin surface-to-body size ratio; <b>BbLg</b>: barbel length; <b>MxLg</b>, maxillary length; <b>BdEg</b>: body elongation; <b>BdLSh</b>: body shape (lateral); <b>PfSz</b>: pectoral fin size (lineal size); <b>Mass</b>: log10(biomass in grams); <b>dSf</b>: body transversal surface; <b>Diet</b>: carnivorous, detritivorous or herbivorous. The selection of fish measures was performed following Villéger<i> et al.</i> (2012). Diet was determined by Serra<i> et al.</i> (2014). The ranking of pyloric ceca number (Pc) was defined as: Pc(Rank) = 0 if Pc =0; Pc(Rank) = 1 if 0< Pc <10; Pc(Rank) = 2 if 10< Pc <100, and Pc(Rank) = 3 if Pc >1000.<b></b>
