PACT Act Metrics

This dataset contains the current Fiscal Year 2026 Quarter 3 and historical performance metrics reported on the VA PACT Act Performance Dashboard. It includes cumulative and point-in-time measures tracking implementation of the PACT Act, including Veterans Health Administration (VHA) enrollment, toxic exposure screenings, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) claims activity, disability compensation, health care utilization, and other key performance indicators. Historical records reflect the metrics published for each reporting period and may contain intentional gaps where measures were added, modified, or discontinued as the dashboard evolved.
