OLAC Nightly Data Dump (XML & RDF) for 23 March 2021

The Open Language Archive Community collects and aggregates OAI metadata of the holdings of participating archives. This data set is the  Nightly download for 23 March 2021. OLAC does not persist their data, therefore this snapshot of the data it is being persisting here.  Among other things, it is relevant because Hugh Paterson III's M.A. thesis (University of North Dakota) references the the OLAC website data on this date.

Because I am not contributing any intellectual content to this persistence of data. Therefore copyright should not apply, and subsequently, the creative commons license (CC-BY 4.0) should also not be applicable. OLAC repositories do not assign a license or copyright to the data, although there is certainly an implied license for broad use, by nature of the OAI feed publication of the participating archives. Zenodo does not let one select a CC0 public dedication license, but to the extent possible this data should be treated as if it is in the public domain. https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/

Academic integrity should always require the listing of sources, regardless of CC0 or CC-BY-4.0 license. Zenodo also does not allow me to select another role other than author for myself. I am not author of the data.
