To analyze circulating miRNA signatures using a house dust mite model (HDM) of asthma. microRNA sequencing (miRNA-seq) was performed using serum from BALB/c mice (male and female, ages 6-8 weeks old). Overall design: Circulating miRNA signatures from HDM-exposed mice (n=16) were compared to the miRNA profiles of Saline-treated (controls, n=14) mice.
