ALAN Spongy Moth Laboratory Experiment

Data and Code for ALAN Spongy Moth lab experimentIn this repository you will find all the raw datasets used for the data analysis performed in our paper about the impacts of artificial light at night (ALAN) on the development of Spongy Moth caterpillars. The files are attached as a csv file called 'SM_R_long_NvK.csv' and 'SM_R_NvK.csv'.<br>Also attached is all the R-code later used for the statistical analysis and for generating the graphics displayed in the paper. This files are attached as an R.file. The file for the body mass analysis is called 'BodyMass_analysis.R', the file for the pupation analysis 'Pupation_analysis.R' and the Cox proportional hazard and Kaplan meier survival plot code for both mortality and pupation is called 'CoxHazard_KaplanMeier_Mort_Pup.R'.
