Dataset for weakened ENSO influence on the East Asian summer monsoon under Pliocene warmth: Insights from model sensitivity experiments

This dataset contains model outputs from a set of paleoclimate simulations performed with the HadCM3 to investigate the impact of permanent El Niño-like and permanent La Niña-like states on the East Asian summer monsoon under late Pliocene warm conditions. It includes monthly mean fields of key atmospheric and surface variables across all experiments. Key variables provided are precipitation, relative humidity, uwind, vwind, omage, specific humidity, and sea level pressure. The name of the late Pliocene control run is xoorb. The name of the permanent El Niño experiment is xoorl. And the name of the permanent La Niña experiment is xogzj.
