Interweaving agriculture/living per ha – Flanders – state 2013

This dataset contains the digital vectorial version of all plan elements – of the type of base – of revised or abolished outdated installation requirements as described in VCRO Article 7.4.4/1, both the final approved and those in formatting. The suspensions and destructions of the Council of State are also included. A plan element is an object by which the government concerned reflects on the graphic plan the scope of (part of) the spatial option it has taken on the basis of certain urban planning regulations, if it considers it necessary. This object can always be conceptually traced back to a plane, line or point, to which a certain legend symbol has been assigned. To ensure the link between a “location” and the “full set of regulations that apply in that location”, it is necessary to unravel a plan in some complementary vector-format geodata layers. In this way, we obtain a clear link between prescription texts and their accompanying plan elements. Ground plane regulations will in practice always be linked to a flat-shaped plan element that in turn receives a flat-filling legend symbol, i.e. an opaque symbolism. Such rules can be both substituted and complementary in relation to other rules, depending on the applicable decretal margins on subsidiarity, hierarchy of plans, and the transition from the old legislation to the new one. On top of the bases of the plan, other types of plan elements can be laid. These are classified according to geometry: planes, lines, points and according to the geometric accuracy of the plan elements (geometrically accurate or by way of indication).
