This is the data related to the PhD thesis "Multi-Level and Learning-Based Model Predictive Control for Traffic Management". The thesis is a collection of four papers, each of which corresponds to one chapter (i.e., chapter 2 - chapter 5). The relevant codes are packed according to different chapters. Learning-based methods are used. For simplicity, most of the data files generated by learning methods are not uploaded here to save space.
