The transcriptomic data of TCN1 overexpression in HaCaT cells

This study aimed to explore the underlying molecular mechanism of TCN1 in driving psoriasis progression. TCN1 has been identified as an autoantigen and an endogenous activator of the IL-17 signaling pathway. Overall design: The estabilished TCN1 overexpression and negative control cell lines (HaCaT cells) were seeded into 6-well plates and grown overnight for total RNA harvest. The differentally expressed genes by TCN1 overexpression were screened by RNA sequencing. The transcriptome sequencing studies were performed by deep sequencing, using Illumina NovaSeq X Plus.
