Context Demographics

Context Demographics provides data from the 2020 US Census SF1 and the 2021 American Community Survey (ACS) five-year summary that are aggregated and projected onto polygons. This large-volume dataset is divided into the following files:

• Context Demographics Households contains household profiles created from 115 factors including ethnicity, family/non-family, total income, and language spoken.

• Context Demographics Population contains population profiles created from 170 factors, including ethnicity, education, employment field, occupation type, and method of travel to work.

• Context Demographics Property contains homeowner/renter profiles created from 103 factors about homeowners, renters, housing units, mortgages, rents, expenses, and vehicles.

Context Demographics data is available to link with the following polygon products – these Precisely Polygon products are licensed separately:
