MYD88-mutant diffuse large B cell lymphoma line OCI-Ly10 was treated with an IRAK4 degrader, the IMiD CC-220, and an IRAKIMiD KT-413 that degrades both IRAK4 and the IMiD substrates IKZF1 and IKZF3 for 48 hours. RNA sequencing showed differential modulation of key cell survival pathways by the IRAKIMiD compared to the selective IRAK3 degrader and CC-220.
