Pineapple collection

The collection is hosted Pineapple CIRAD to Martinique. Through surveys and exchanges, it greatly enriched at the end of a collection campaign in the Amazon Basin, funded by the European Union in the 1990s, together with Brazil and Venezuela. It is now the world's largest reserves of gender diversity Pineapple . It is recognized by UPOV and Geves as a reference for the certification of plant varieties.
