This dataset is based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis and treatment data for IgA nephropathy, a specialized disease, provided by renowned TCM practitioners at Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2020 to 2025. The data strictly adheres to the "One TCM Prescription" standard of Zhejiang Province, covering basic patient information (including age, gender, height, weight, and first consultation time) and detailed medical records (such as chief complaints, current medical history, diagnoses, syndrome types, TCM prescriptions, etc.). All data has undergone anonymization processing including generalization and desensitization, and has been professionally evaluated to ensure that individual identities cannot be recognized, thereby comprehensively protecting patient privacy. On the basis of compliance and security, this dataset provides high-quality data support for TCM clinical research and industrialization applications.
