Software-package license-pair dataset, consisting of per-ecosystem dependency edges and license-pair counts extracted from the deps.dev BigQuery export. Built to study license composition and compatibility in the software-package graph, alongside the Hugging Face asset graph in `midah/hf-asset-license`. The dataset includes two configs: edges (one row per observed (package, version) to (dependency, version) edge, with license metadata on both ends) and pairs (aggregated counts of (package_license, dep_license) pairs per ecosystem). Covers Cargo, npm, and PyPI ecosystems. Data is a snapshot of the deps.dev BigQuery export, with license strings normalized to SPDX identifiers using the same pipeline as `midah/hf-asset-license`.
