Larry Data Processed with FlowMap

This dataset contains a serialized FlowMap tutorial object for the LARRY hematopoiesis single-cell RNA velocity dataset. The object stores the fitted FlowMap embedder, two-dimensional FlowMap coordinates, embedding-space velocities, gene-level expression and velocity matrices, and minimal cell metadata used by the FlowMap trajectory, gene-gradient, and curvature tutorials.<br>The data are derived from the LARRY clonal hematopoiesis dataset introduced by Weinreb et al. and are provided here only as a processed tutorial object for reproducing the FlowMap examples.
