Two human pluripotent stem cell lines (hPSC) were generated from the human embryonic stem cell line WA09. These independent hPSC lines were designated Line A and Line B for the purpose of this study. Line A and Line B hPSC cells were each cultured in 2D (monolayer) or 3D (spheroid culture) conditions (experiment 1) and this procedure was repeated in a second independent experiment (experiment 2). RNA was isolated from these culture conditions (total of 8 samples) and RNA transcripts were sequenced as described in the publication accompanying this data.
