Transcription profiling of mouse dorsal root ganglion

There are only a few DRG specific genes which have been cloned, but almost no study about level specific gene expression. Clone different expressed genes in different level of DRGs; There are genes specifically expressed in one level of DRG but not the other. 1. dissect different level of DRGs2. extract total RNA目前已克隆得到的背根神经节（Dorsal Root Ganglion, DRG）特异性基因寥寥无几，且几乎尚无关于节段特异性基因表达的相关研究。本研究拟克隆不同节段背根神经节中的差异表达基因；部分基因仅在某一节段的背根神经节中特异性表达，而在另一节段中无表达。具体实验步骤如下：1. 解剖分离不同节段的背根神经节；2. 提取总RNA。
