This data repository includes all the requisite data and scripts needed to derive the primary results of the paper "Programmable on-chip Nonlinear Photonics." The repository is organized to provide everything necessary to reproduce the figures included in the manuscript.
The data folder contains the raw data of the experiments. The notebook folder contains Jupyter notebook files that generate all figures in the article, except for schematics. When each notebook is run from start to finish, it saves the generated figures in the figures folder. Below is a list detailing which Jupyter notebook file generates which figure, along with the programming language used:
CW SHG.ipynb generates Figures 2, 20, 22, 39, and 40. This notebook runs on Python 3.
spectral engineering.ipynb generates Figures 3, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28. This notebook runs on Python 3.
spatial engineering.ipynb generates Figures 4, 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35. This notebook runs on Python 3.
spatio-spectral engineering.ipynb generates Figures 4, 37, and 38. This notebook runs on Python 3.
electrical properties.ipynb generates Figure 7. This notebook runs on Python 3.
electric field distribution.ipynb generates Figure 8. This notebook runs on Julia 1.9.
optical properties.ipynb generates Figures 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15. This notebook runs on Julia 1.9.
optical characterizations.ipynb generates Figures 12 and 16. This notebook runs on Python 3.
