This record contains the numerical data and Python software supporting the manuscript “Recognition-Parameter Framework for Metric Scalar-Tensor Modified Gravity: Master Action, Covariant Dictionary, and a Controlled Benchmark.” It is a reproducibility archive rather than the journal article itself. The deposited contents include the accepted-point table for the connected minimal-branch scan, comprising 772 accepted trajectories from 3,201 candidate initial conditions; the near-general-relativistic control trajectory from redshift 5 to redshift 0; the active fully subluminal two-field trajectory over the same interval; scale- and redshift-dependent response surfaces for the growth response and gravitational slip; Python programs for the background integrations, scans, observables, numerical checks, and all four vector figures; and pinned software requirements, fixed random seeds, solver tolerances, checksums, a data dictionary, and numerical verification reports. The code reproduces the connected-branch matter-era/sound-speed trade-off, the control and active two-field benchmark diagnostics, the quasi-static response functions, and the manuscript figure data. No external observational dataset is redistributed or analyzed in this record. Code is licensed under the MIT License. Data, figures, documentation, audits, and metadata are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.
