Photocatalytic BiOX optical analysis code and raw data.

Photocatalytic BiOX dataset and analysis code. Experimental data for BiOCl, BiOBr and BiOI materials synthesized from different solvent routes (H₂O, EtOH, EG, GLY). The repository contains XRD RAW files, as well as CIF uses for refinement. SEM unprocessed images are also provided. BET surface area data are included. Difuse reflectance data for optical analyses (Tauc and Urbach fits with confidence intervals), as well as MATLAB scripts used for fitting and plotting are added. Unprocessed photocatalytic data (RhB degradation) is included.
