Determination of the RNA secondary structure landscape of Androgen Receptor Full Length (FL) and V7 isoforms using DMS-MaPseq. This studied aimed to find and characterize functional RNA secondary structures that may play a role in the regulation of Androgen Receptor expression in prostate cancer. Here, functional structures, novel protein interactions, and structural dynamics were identified to aid in the understanding of AR post-transcriptional regulation and potential therapeutics
