Support manuscript: A framework for integrating genomics, microbial traits, and ecosystem biogeochemistry. 

Dataset includes 1)  model and analysis, and 2)  supplemental data. 

In the "model_analysis" file, we include the ecosys model source code, the modeling runs, and the modeling results. The detailed introduction is in README.md file.
