Scleroderma, Diagnosed

This concept set contains diagnoses for and related to scleroderma. This was developed as part of autoimmune/chronic conditions for a RECOVER study manuscript exploring features of children with PASC. The code list was generated by searching for all descendants of the SNOMED codes 201049004 (Morphea) or 128460000 (Systemic sclerosis, diffuse) plus all ICD10 or ICD10CM codes mapping to those SNOMED descendants in addition to ICD10/ICD10CM codes starting with M34*. String matching was also performed looking for the strings "scleroderma", "systemic sclerosis" or "morphea" in domains excluding the measurement domain and excluding the terms "family history", "fh:", "assessment", "pseudo", "scleroderma-like", "edta", "wasp", "fung", "sclerodermataceae", "species". This concept set was limited to ICD10, ICD10CM, and SNOMED vocabularies and excluding terms in the measurement domain.
