Supplementary datasets for: Systems-level transcriptomics reveals the regulatory architecture of the post-pollination syndrome in Vanilla planifolia
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the supplementary data supporting a systems-level analysis of the flower-to-fruit transition (FFT) and post-pollination syndrome (SPP) in Vanilla planifolia. In this species, ovule development is reactivated only after pollination and proceeds through a prolonged and environmentally responsive developmental program. To characterize this process, the study integrates developmental anatomical analyses with transcriptomic and network-based approaches, enabling the identification of transcriptional modules associated with reproductive development, metabolism, chromatin organization, and gene expression regulation. The data support the identification and prioritization of candidate regulatory genes and provide a framework for interpreting the FFT and SPP as coordinated, system-level processes linking transcriptional dynamics with the anatomical progression of development.
