Inducible intestinal epithelial knockout of PRMT1 in mouse model

To provide insight into the mechanisms underlying PRMT1 function in the adult intestine, we performed RNA-Sequencing (RNA-Seq) of the small intestinal crypts in tamoxifen-induced intestinal epithelial cell-specific deletion of PRMT1 adult mice and littermates as control at different doses or time point after the first tamoxifen injection.
