Datasets for spatial TPL estimation

Datasets to reproduce analysis from "Life-history traits and spatial synchrony are associated with Taylor’s power law slope in floodplain fish communities", submitted to Journal of Animal Ecology. mean_variance_species_dataset.txt - contains the log mean and log variance (calculated across sites) abundance values per species tpl_traits_dataset.xlsx - contains mean-variance scaling slopes, species traits and other variables related to the models.
