This data service primarily refers to the legal act conducted by the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau of Songzi City. In response to applications from agricultural machinery owners, the bureau carries out registration and filing for tractors and combine harvesters owned by these owners, and issues license plates, vehicle traveling permits and registration certificates to the owners. The purposes are as follows: 1. Confirm the ownership of the agricultural machinery; 2. Ensure safe production; 3. Standardize management and establish archives; 4.
