RNA expression in mutants of the miRNA pathway during myelination

RNA sequencing was performed comparing sciatic nerves of Schwann cell specific DICER mutants with SC-specific DGCR8 and DROSHA mutants. Total RNA from sciatic nerves of P1 DICER mutants, DGCR8 mutants, DROSHA mutants and controls was used to perform RNA sequencing analysis.本研究采用RNA测序技术，对雪旺细胞（Schwann cell）特异性DICER突变体与SC特异性DGCR8、DROSHA突变体的坐骨神经样本进行比较分析。本研究提取了出生后1天（P1）的DICER突变体、DGCR8突变体、DROSHA突变体及对照组的坐骨神经总RNA，用于开展RNA测序分析。
