We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to investigate the IL-33+ cell types present in the decidua and myometrium of pregnant mice at E7.5. Il33cit/wt reporter dams were mated with C57BL6 studs. At E7.5, live Citrine+ cells from the decidua and myometrium were isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
我们采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)技术,探究妊娠小鼠胚胎发育第7.5天(E7.5)时蜕膜与子宫肌层中存在的IL-33阳性细胞类型。将携带Il33cit/wt报告基因的母鼠与C57BL6品系公鼠进行交配,于胚胎发育第7.5天通过荧光激活细胞分选(fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS)分离蜕膜与子宫肌层中的活Citrine阳性细胞,并利用单细胞RNA测序对其开展分析。
