资源简介:
The effect of Clostridium butyricum MIYAIRI 588 (CBM588) on the gut microbiome of cefoperazone (CPZ) - treated mice was investigated by 16S rRNA-based metagenomics analysis. C57BL/6 WT mice (N=8) were given CPZ (0.5 g/L) in sterile drinking water for 8 days, followed by 2 days regular drinking water. The four out of eight mice were orally inoculated with CBM588, twice after CPZ treatment (once a day for 2 days). To analyze the gut microbial communities, fecal samples were collected at three time points; day0 (before CPZ treatment), day8 (after CPZ treatment), and day10 and V3-V4 regions of the 16S rRNA gene were sequenced by Illumina MiSeq platform.
