"This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of promising physical-level technologies for 6G communication systems, including methods of modulation, multiple access and channel coding. The main focus is on overcoming the fundamental limitations of modern technologies, such as high power peak factor, sensitivity to phase noise and the need for ultra-low delays. The work proposes a new hybrid modulation scheme combining the advantages of quadratic amplitude modulation and amplitude-phase manipulation with adaptive phase shift. The process of development and optimization of the proposed modulating scheme, including the creation of a hierarchical constellation, where the internal rings are realized on the basis of quadratic amplitude modulation, and the external ones \u2013 amplitude-phase manipulation. The work highlights the importance and prospects of using hybrid modularization schemes to improve the performance of sixth generation communication systems. The application of the proposed technology allows not only to increase the energy efficiency of data transmission, but also to provide re-sistance to non-linear distortions, which is especially important for modern telecommunication systems with strict requirements on reliability and signal quality."
