City of Rochester Food System Data Hub and Mapping Tool

The City of Rochester completed its first ever Community Food System Plan in the spring of 2026. The Plan is a roadmap for creating a more equitable, resilient, and vibrant food system for all residents of the City of Rochester. This Food System Map and Data Hub aggregates the data used in the Plan’s Final Report and empowers stakeholders across Rochester's food system to be better informed about food system dynamics and to think collaboratively and creatively about how to create a stronger food system. The development of this data and mapping tool was recommended as an “early win” for Plan implementation and the City will update it annually to keep the data included as current as possible to inform ongoing food system initiatives across the community.
