Concomitant Emergence of the AntiSense Protein Gene of HIV-1 and of the Pandemic

Four packages are available:- The Alignments.tar.gz package contains the nucleic env gene alignment and the nucleic frame -2 alignment.- The SeqAnalyses.tar.gz package contains the python script seq_analyses.py with input and output files. This script generates a CSV file with information for each sequence. - The StopStatistics.tar.gz package contains the bash script StopStatistics.sh with input files and software. This script computes statistics and p-values on potential/existing stops. -The Simulation.tar.gr package contains the bash script Simulation.sh with input files and software. This script computes sequence simulations based on a codon model by using PhyML, codonPhyML and Alf softwares.
