Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks - Fish Data

These are the raw fish co-occurrence data used in McGarvey & Veech, Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks.
Data are included for 10 nested river basins, distributed among three spatial scales (HU0, HU2, & HU4).
For each river basin, two files are included: (1) a presence-absence matrix of fish species collected at sampling sites (ending with "_FishData" labels); and (2) a file of species' range centroids (ending with "_FishData_XY" labels).
