Certification of the 2021 accounts of the General Social Security Scheme and CPSTI

The Court qualifiedly certifies the 2021 accounts of the five benefit branches of the general scheme — including, for the first time, the 5th newly created autonomous branch — and refuses to certify the 2021 accounts of the recovery activity (the Urssaf Network) and the Council for the Social Protection of Self-Employed Workers (CPSTI). After reducing them in 2020, the accounting treatment of the social levies of the self-employed increases by EUR 6.7 billion the 2021 products of social organisations, of which EUR 5 billion for the branches of the general scheme and EUR 1.2 billion for the CPSTI.
