The Winnowmaker: Autonomous Den Maintenance for Haymaker Workspaces (v1.0)

Published framework and reference implementation for autonomous den maintenance in Haymaker workspaces. Defines the winnowing protocol, hierarchical sharpening with bottom-up suggestion accumulation, the suggestions registry, method install and propagation system, and Winnowclone Jutsu parallel orchestration. Packages all agent definitions, install guides, protocol specifications, and publication figures needed to deploy the Winnowmaker in a Claude Code environment. Requires Haymaker Method v3.2 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.19193034) and Claude Code with Claude Opus 4.6.
